She Who Creates — Vienna
What this is
This is an intimate, in-person creative retreat for women who want more than just making.
What happens
Over one weekend in Vienna, we slow down, create with our hands, move our bodies gently, and reconnect — with ourselves and with each other.
Why this retreat
Because I believe in more than just making pretty things.
I believe in women gathering with purpose.
She Who Creates Retreat - Vienna is not a typical creative retreat.
It’s a one-of-a-kind experience guided by me, Barbara (49dragonflies), after years of inspiring and connecting with thousands of women online. Now we finally get to meet in real life.
I bring together creativity, gentle movement, personal reflection, and sisterhood — in a safe, warm space where everyone is welcome. Whether you’ve been journaling for years or are just starting out, you’ll feel supported, seen, and part of something bigger.
This retreat is for the woman who wants to reconnect with herself.
To reignite her spark.
To come alive again.
About your host
Hi, I’m Barbara — the creative heart
behind 49dragonflies.
From my cozy craft space in Vienna,
I’ve spent years inspiring women around
the world to find joy and meaning in
junk journaling — turning humble
papers into soulful art.
But my passion goes beyond the craft table.
I believe creativity flourishes when we honor
our bodies as much as our art — and when
we lift each other up along the way.
Movement and healthy living have become
a vital part of my journey, teaching me that
strength and beauty can be found in even
the smallest steps.
Most of all, I believe in the power of women gathering to create, support, and uplift one another. This retreat is an extension of that vision — a space to play, to pause, and to come home to the magic within, with gentle movement, deep connection, and a whole lot of creative joy.
